When will my purchase be despatched?

Orders placed by 5pm that are in stock will be despatched by the next day. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock you will be advised of when new stock is expected and given the opportunity to continue with the order or cancel it. Your card will not be charged until your item is despatched.

What is your standard delivery service?

Standard Delivery is despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. It is guaranteed to arrive next day. A signature is required on delivery.

How do I make a return?

Please return the item within 14 days of receipt in the same packaging, being sure to retain all labels and security tags. Send the parcel back to us with Royal Mail Special Delivery, retaining the tracking number. We will add the return postage cost onto your refund.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We are able to deliver to most countries. Please see our international shipping section for further information.

What should I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

Please allow enough time for your parcel to arrive, 2-3 working days for standard delivery. After this time please call us on 0845 643 6481 and we will do our best to sort out the problem.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel or change your order at any time until you receive confirmation that your item is ready for despatch.
